My Services & Pricing

  • If your athlete is struggling with things that go beyond performance, such as anxiety outside of sport, mood concerns, self-esteem, identity, or more complex emotional experiences—therapy may be a better fit.

Psychotherapy is deeper, ongoing work that focuses on overall mental health and wellbeing, not just sport performance.

    This service is:

    • 45-minute weekly sessions

    • Typically more consistent/ongoing

    • Medical/clinical in nature

    • Provided through my therapy practice

My therapy rate is $245 per session. I am out-of-network but can provide superbills for potential reimbursement.

  • This is what most athletes are looking for when the goal is to improve performance.

    We focus on things like:

    • fear after injury

    • tumbling or stunting mental blocks

    • performance anxiety

    • overthinking and confidence struggles

This work is skills-based and focused specifically on performance (not therapy or mental health treatment).

Here’s what the process typically looks like:

    Initial Session (50 minutes)
We map out what’s happening, identify triggers and patterns, and teach a few simple tools your athlete can start using right away.

    Follow-Up Sessions (30 minutes)
Short, focused sessions designed for young athletes to build confidence, reduce fear, and strengthen consistency in the gym.

Most athletes meet for 3-5 sessions to build momentum, though this varies based on goals.

    Fees (private-pay):
    Initial session (50 min): $185
    Follow-up sessions (30 min): $125
4-session package (one initial session and 3 follow-up sessions): $495

I currently have a waitlist for sport performance sessions. If you are interested in being added, please fill out this contact form: https://tyler-miles.clientsecure.me/contact-widget. If you’d like something to get started in the meantime, I co-authored a mental performance workbook for cheerleaders with Dr. Cody Commander (mental health officer for the Tokyo Olympics). It includes practical, easy-to-use tools for confidence, fear, and performance anxiety. Click here for the workbook.
