Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-10 days. 

Shipments or deliveries will occur on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, you will be emailed about any delays that may occur.

Shipping only within the USA

Shipping charges are a flat rate of $3.99

Shipment method: USPS

Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a confirmation of your shipment and a tracking number once the order has been processed.

Customs, duties, and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
