How many sessions will I need?
Just like physical training, mental performance work varies from athlete to athlete. It depends on your goals, your starting point, and how consistently you practice skills outside of sessions. Some people come in for a short, focused tune-up, while others benefit from a longer process. We’ll check in regularly to make sure we’re moving at a pace that feels right for you.
